When selling a property in Bulgaria the following documents are needed:
- Valid passport / ID Card
- Notarial deed of ownership
- Marital Status Certificate at the time of sale
- Certificate of no indebtedness in respect of local taxes in Bulgaria
- Declaration under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
- Tax Appraisal Certificate
- Cadastral Chart of the property
