After the buyer has paid a deposit, you must sign a preliminary agreement with the buyer within 30 days. This agreement establishes the main terms and conditions, which are then transferred to the notarial deed. Among these terms are a description of the property, the price, payment terms
Once the preliminary agreement has been signed the outstanding commission fee is due to Bulgaria Property Care Ltd.
The local notary, in the presence of the buyer and seller, will draw up a notarial deed (Title Deed), which is considered a legal document certifying ownership of the property. It will be signed by both parties - buyer & seller. The notary public certifies the deed and registers it with the Registry Agency and from that moment the ownership is transferred to the buyer. The buyer will then pay the remaining balance due for the property.
