When buying a property with a garden or a plot of land if you are a UK or Non EU citizen you can only buy with a registered Bulgarian Ltd company.
- If you have Bulgarian Residency the cost to set up a company would be - €300 Euro
- Without Bulgarian Residency the cost to set up a company would be - €600 Euro
