At least one set of keys is to be provided from the owner to Bulgaria Property care team in order to have independent access to the property.

Monthly internal and external check including - Checking for mould, leaks etc - Checking for signs of insects and pests - We send you a bespoke check up list - Video/digital photos after each visit

Turn of water supply to property at beginning of cold weather (Normally October / November) - Wadding & insulating water meter which is normally outside

Setting up the property at the beginning of the warm season - Water supply turned on - Check for leaks

Emergency Check
Emergency check on property due to bad weather or at the request of owner (Max 3 per year)
